This event is the second event of the series of events to raise funds for the HELP Support Community Center. Holistic Empowerment for Lifelong Progress Support Community,Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt and nonprofit corporation based in North Carolina. We are serving medical professionals, teachers, immigrants, and their families access to temporary housing, initial transportation, and Empowerment programs. The North Carolina Summer Festival is a showcase of Filipino Culture in music, food, and Filipino Martial Arts.
